You have a lot of questions here lol. I’ll try to answer them in order without writing a novel. “Heaven” is not a geographical location but a state of being. You are at this present moment a multidimensional personality existing in multiple vibrational levels at once. 

What’s interesting is that you aren’t consciously aware of this. Your waking conscious state is just a sliver of your total awareness. The only thing that changes at death is the shift in your awareness from corporeal reality to a nonlocal reality. Yes, you will see personalities you recognize from other incarnations including this one who have passed on and continue relationships with them, although those relationships might be vastly different than what you might expect.

Yes, your pets will be there. Not in the sense of a dog waiting by the door for their owner to return, but upon thinking about them they instantaneously appear, and when they appear you can interact with them all you want. Then when your attention turns to something else altogether, they go. You have to hold that attention towards them for them to maintain an existence with you. It’s not like Earth where they’re just always there. And you don’t have to worry about them peeing on your favorite rug either. 😂

You can assume a male image or a female one it really makes no difference as your essence is as unique as a fingerprint and your energy signature will still be recognizable. What does happen is a personality can assume an image of who they were in a “past” life as an expression of comfort to another personality. 

Say a personality was married to another in one particular lifetime, that personality could assume the image of the wife in their dealings with that particular personality that played the husband for a time, simply for the sake of nostalgia. But generally speaking, colors are a predominant image that personalities hold and use to distinguish each other. Colors and sounds are not comparable to Earth. Earth colors are drab compared to the hues and color variety of “higher” vibrational levels. Colors that you’ve never seen exist there.
