Oftentimes I’ve noticed that these designations between ‘spirit’ and ‘soul’ are used interchangeably. When I’m channeling the term ‘soul’ is often applied to a singular or collective human consciousness, a non physical personality with human proclivities and behaviors, or beings on this side of the veil. This would include beings in the dream state, and beings in the ‘between Incarnation’ state. So the soul realm would be beings on this side of the veil.

Spirits on the other hand, are entities that are not currently involved in the human experience. Spirits are entities that don’t have an incarnate existence. The Spirit realm would be the realm(s) on the “other side” of the veil, the realm(s) of knowing, the realm(s) that gives life, breath, and existence to our realm(s). But as I’ve stated earlier these terms are often used interchangeably when trying to communicate abstract concepts.
