All action is simultaneous. Any perception of time “moving” is an illusion of the ego, or in the case of humanity, your collective ego. Your concept of physical time and movement is caused by a distorted perspective of action. This distorted perspective is a result of the ego, which creates a give-and-take relationship with mankind.

On one hand, the ego is necessary to create within your current reality. The things you create at this present moment wouldn’t be possible without an alteration to the ego, which occurred to set the stage for your collective personality incarnation cycle.

On the other hand, the ego is largely responsible for the amnesia-like effect you experience upon incarnating into your reality, as well as a wide array of emotions—some of which you would consider undesirable. The fourth dimension is simply one of many in an infinite sea. The fourth dimension is not time; it is space.

The space you perceive between things—yes, that’s the fourth dimension. It is a dimension or field of electric energy, but it does exist within your matrix, and you can tap into it, as you’ve done in your so-called primitive past.
