Yes. However, in the spirit world the hierarchy is relatively flat. There are no big I’s and little u’s. Those with a wide experience base are around and commune with those with a smaller experience base and everyone works together.

Color codes are a way of differentiating between souls. The structure of the energy and its flow within a soul is also a way of telling souls apart aside from telepathic knowing that all souls possess. A souls job or occupation is also a way of telling the advancement of a soul. For example, there are souls that mainly help with transitioning the recently deceased so they must be competent in knowing various cultures on Earth, other planetary star systems, and events that occurred in various time periods, etc.

Some souls are more instrumental in helping out in pre incarnation planning, organizing, and mapping out the best genetic structure and time period that a soul would need in order to experience a specific set of life events that would best help that soul evolve. Some souls are better at creating multi dimensional worlds and structures that can be seen from other dimensions etc.

Side-note: some souls have friendly competitions as to who can create the most complex multidimensional structures that can be seen across dimensions. Really cool to see!

Many times, your occupation will reveal your advancement as well. Some are teachers, trainers, healers and so on, but everyone has something to contribute.
