Good question. Your Innerself has a fundamental attribute: consciousness. It’s one of many attributes of your multidimensional personality. This attribute, like the skill of playing the piano, is unique to each non-physical personality. First comes the intent to want to play the piano; this is similar to having the intent to participate in the life process.

The Self exists in the “Now,” in an infinite sea of energy with various vibrations. Since time and space don’t exist, you aren’t technically ever moving anywhere. Your movement is your perception from the vantage point of an observer within the simulation. Your Innerself projects into other realities and dimensions in an infinite array and variety. You exist in all dimensions simultaneously as a conscious element in one form or another. Remember, there’s no space and time holding you back.

Our physical world has a frequency spectrum—many frequency spectrums, actually—that make up what we label as reality. The Innerself chooses to tune itself to these specific frequencies in order to manifest creation within a 3D reality. To reach these tuning stations, you must resonate with the corresponding dimensional frequency.

The tuning stations for this vibrational level exist within a unique electromagnetic type of energy (what some call the veil). This is where the planning takes place. This is also the same vibrational level at which you see deceased relatives, NDEs, life reviews, etc. There’s a lot going on there, but it never feels busy. Within this level exists a spectrum of frequencies, so it never feels like you’re stuck in a sort of spiritual rush hour traffic jam.

It’s through assimilating yourself with a few key frequency vibrations. All interactions with freewill non-physical personalities must be contractually agreed upon, and the most common contracts that occur are offer and acceptance contracts.

This is how it works in a nutshell: you start with intent, you tune to the frequencies needed to project your creative abilities and make manifesting possible in 3D. You then tune to a number of select frequencies that relate to the mother, father, and the fetus itself. Once you lock into the fetus through the DNA, you now have the keys to the car, and that’s it… out you come!
