Yes indeed. You plan your own incarnation(s). When you plan your incarnation(s) it’s not from a place of fear or ego, but out of unconditional love. You have many tools at your disposal to help you tailor your experience.
You have access to every other incarnation that you’ve had or are presently having at that moment, plus every vantage point in each incarnation to view them from. Furthermore, you can pick any event in any incarnation and view what might have happened if you’d made a different choice and view the outcomes of those alternate choices.
You can also visit the Akashic records and glean all the information you desire regarding your own incarnations even going back to your very first one! The data in these records can come in the form of old dusty books similar to visiting an old library here on Earth if you like vintage or the nostalgia of books. The data can manifest visually via holographic images, or telepathically. You pick the manner in which you would like the information in the Akashic records to be presented to you.
Spiritual Helpers or planners are also there to assist you in the planning process. Their guidance is usually spot on. However, you don’t have to take their advice, and you could not take heed to some of their cautioning but usually that’s not a good idea.
Some spirits have received council from these planners and decided to either not listen or alter certain things in the pre incarnation planning, then incarnate and realize that it wasn’t a good idea to ignore the guidance. This is usually because a spirit is in a hurry to reincarnate for multiple reasons and doesn’t take the needed time to plan out their incarnation as thoroughly as they should.
All in all, yes you do get to choose your incarnate path.
