If by Hell you are referring to a place filled with fire and brimstone lorded over by some Satanic figure—it doesn’t exist. Now, you can carry this belief with you after you physically “die” but even then it becomes increasingly harder and harder to hold that belief in the presence of unconditional love until you release that belief altogether.

All in all, no one can decide where you go but you. The power is within you and always has been. Believing in a hellish like realm doesn’t seem fruitful in any way only adding fear, doubt, inadequacy, paranoia, and anxiety to the believer.
