"Does time heal grief and loss?"

You can use time to reveal many things. It is a tool, but it can also help teach you—or should I say evolve into—wisdom. Healing occurs when you, as a nonphysical personality, mold your emotions over time. I feel like I need to go deeper on this point for the benefit of the reader’s comprehension. I don’t like talking just to talk; I want you to understand.
Your comprehension of clock time is what ego attaches to your initial concept of objective reality. You invent theories and such as a means to place this perception of action somewhere.
You exist within a reality in which time is attached to action. Time must also, logically speaking, be attached to emotion, as we’re defining emotion as energy in motion or action. Healing occurs as your inner ego molds each experience with the presence of changing insights, data, perspective, etc.
You create healing of a memory as you perceive or create that memory from a different perspective. Every memory that exists is created from a different perspective, meaning the memory of an event or experience, once thought of, is created anew.
How you recreate these memories and events in the now, and from what perspective, determines the degree of perceived healing. Does this make sense? You have the ability to create your own healing within yourself, I promise. Pinky swear.
