When I think something, the opposite happens. ex: I think of something that I have, and I end up losing it. happens pretty frequently. As a kid since I thought that I’ll reincarnate, I’m scared the opposite might happen.

I think your question contains part of your answer. Oftentimes, the emotion of fear is strong enough to polarize that which you fear causing it to manifest into material reality.
Fear of loss, fear of being inadequate, fear of not deserving what you do have, fear of not knowing if you will reincarnate or not. Let it go, detach. I don’t know your situation but it sounds like fear, worry, and doubt are part of the equation. Losing things is a part of life my friend. Some things that we lose are beyond our control and some things aren’t. However, it’s important to always operate out of love.
It sounds like the fear of loss is the catalyst to you actually losing these things. If I have a nice car and I’m always in fear of getting into an accident and totaling my car, or taking side streets to avoid traffic and/or accidents, guess what might happen? I might very well total my car. It might not happen immediately but the probability goes up the longer I focus on that specific fear. Why? Because the emotion of fear was concentrated enough over a sustained period of time which actualized that specific probability, even at a subconscious level.
Focused energy knows not “good” or “bad” it doesn’t discriminate. And what you focus on in various degrees can manifest -within the laws of the simulation (laws of physics); negating the breach of another’s free will of course. We all experience loss in one form or another but it’s how we react to these losses that test us and define us. Focus on love, love of self -not ego- and love for others. Polarize your energy towards self-improvement and helping others and you will be fine. Material things come and go but the lessons we learn from having and letting go are what teach us.
