Generally speaking, all incarnate to experience an intense range of feelings and emotions. Star-seeds as you like to call them, are non physical personalities -like yourselves- that incarnate with the understanding that they create their reality through belief. 

Most incarnate to lose themselves in the illusion, so the range of feelings and emotions that experience are of a wider and more concentrated degree, generally speaking. Star-seeds incarnate writing into their script the fundamental understanding of the process of creation. This understanding is latent to non-existent in many people of your Earth, whereas this understanding and creative application is active in star-seeds.
