"In which countries live the greatest concentrations of "old souls"? How does this affect the overall image and life in this country?"

It’s difficult to define a soul’s “age” when, beyond this vibrational level, the concept of time as we understand it doesn’t exist. The idea of “soul age” is popular in New Age circles, but it’s only one of many belief systems that attempt to explain the nature of reality. In truth, you exist across all vibrational levels simultaneously, with the only difference being the degree of perception and the state of consciousness.
There isn’t one version of you here, another version somewhere else, and a Higher Self existing in yet another place. You exist within a field of energy containing various vibrational levels, where time and space are mere constructs of your collective reality. You are, in essence, a multidimensional being.
Souls that choose to incarnate into this vibrational level are similar in “age,” so to speak. There aren’t vast numbers of “old souls” in Switzerland while “younger souls” reside in Japan—it doesn’t work that way. An aspect of your multidimensional self chooses to incarnate here to experience a wide and intense range of emotions and sensations. Meanwhile, another aspect of your consciousness may prefer a different vibrational level.
It’s similar to how a man can simultaneously be a father, brother, uncle, and son, and interact differently based on the role he’s playing. He might prefer one set of rules in a home environment and another at work, but it’s the same individual in both spaces. This serves as a metaphor for how your overall-self interacts across various vibrational levels.
